As an SEO Specialist at Webzilla, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing strategies to improve organic search visibility and drive measurable results. Your role will focus on keyword research, on-page and technical SEO, content optimization, and link-building initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic rankings and traffic across multiple search engines

Conduct comprehensive keyword research and map keywords to website content and landing pages

Optimize on-page elements, including metadata, headings, internal linking, and content structure

Perform regular technical SEO audits, identifying and resolving issues such as crawlability, indexing, and site speed

Track, analyze, and report on SEO performance metrics, including keyword rankings, organic traffic, and conversions

Collaborate with content creators and developers to ensure SEO best practices are implemented

Monitor competitors and stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices
Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of proven SEO experience

Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies

Proficiency with SEO tools (e.g., Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, Moz)

SEM Specialist
As an SEM Specialist at Webzilla, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising paid search and paid media strategies that drive measurable revenue growth. Your role will focus on Google Ads, keyword bidding strategies, conversion tracking, landing-page performance, and campaign optimisation across search, display, and remarketing. We are looking for a highly data-driven marketer with a strong commercial mindset who can continuously improve ROAS, lower CPA, and scale profitable traffic through testing, automation, and performance analysis.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute paid search and paid media strategies to drive high-quality traffic, leads, and revenue across Google Ads and other PPC platforms

Conduct in-depth keyword research and build structured campaign architectures for search, shopping, display, and remarketing

Manage bidding strategies, budgets, and audience targeting to maximise ROAS and control CPA across all campaigns

Optimise ad copy, extensions, creatives, and landing pages to improve Quality Score, CTR, and conversion rate
-
Set up, monitor, and troubleshoot conversion tracking, GA4, and tag management to ensure accurate performance measurement
-
Analyse campaign performance daily, producing insights on spend, revenue, conversions, and scaling opportunities
-
Collaborate with designers, developers, and account managers to align ads, funnels, and landing pages for maximum ROI
- Monitor competitors, auction insights, and platform changes to stay ahead of market trends and algorithm updates
Requirements:

Strong knowledge of Google Ads, bidding strategies, audience targeting, and conversion optimisation
